I can't tell you enough how wonderful she is and how we are so happy that we chose her to work with. We worked with her on selling our home and to purchase another. 10/26/19Hope helped me sell a home (Feb 2016) which was going through probate very quickly and for a higher sale value than I expected. Her expertise in the local market and in the best listing timing and pricing made a big difference, in addition to her advice on what home improvements were most useful. She also had good advice on selecting the best offers and their pros and cons. I would definitely recommend Hope if you need a real estate agent.

02/01/20Buying or selling your home is likely the largest financial transaction you will ever make. Our recent sale was successful because of Hope Hernandez and her team at Kappel Gateway Realty. It began with a discussion on pricing our home. A fair asking price was agreed to, Then came the photographer - Hope even chose the time of day for the photos to make the most of our home and location. A selling sheet highlighted what was special about our house. Knowing that Hope had properly priced, photographed and marketed our house we sat back and waited for offers. It happened soooo fast, 10 days later we had a nearly full price offer. The closing went smoothly and we never felt that we were not informed or prepared for the details of the transaction. 02/18/20Hope was there for us every step of the way while we looked for a new home and when we sold the home we lived in for over 23 years. Finding a new home can be difficult when the inventory is low. We saw a lot of lovely places on line, but not many were actually available. When we first met Hope, she made us feel secure and confident that together we would find a great home for us. 12/28/21this is the second time I have turned to Hope as an agent. First time was in 2007 when I bought my home in Vacaville, I was new to the area and she came highly recommended. Second time, I sold my house in 2021 and when I decided to put it on the market it never occurred to me to look for another agent! Hope is professional, explains everything very clearly, follows up (and thru), she is there to look out for her clients even when she really does not have to be present, (some inspections, signing, etc). Hope ALWAYS makes herself available to you, If you call or text she responds within an hour, usually less, even in the evening hours. Her local knowledge and the fact that she is well known in the area is also a huge help. Most important to me is the way she geniunely cares about what she does, and for YOU, and works to get you the best deal whether you are buying or selling, and I have been on both sides now with Hope!
